Getting started with Easy Realty is, as you might expect, pretty Easy.
We’ve built the entire onboarding process to be fast, transparent, and frustration‑free. No unnecessary steps. No confusion. No waiting around wondering what happens next.
Here’s exactly how it works.
Step 1. Sign up
Start by signing up at
https://join.easy.realty
During signup, you’ll be asked to select with MLS or without MLS.
Choose with MLS if you are a member of one of the Realtor MLSs that Easy Realty participates in.
Choose without MLS if:
- You are a member of My State MLS, or
- You belong to an independent MLS, or
- You do not currently need MLS access through Easy Realty
This choice only affects MLS access. It does not impact your ability to transact or get paid.
Step 2. Sign your independent contractor agreement
Once you complete signup, you’ll be taken directly to your independent contractor agreement.
You can review and sign it electronically in just a few minutes.
No printing. No scanning. No delays.
Step 3. Licence activation
After your agreement is completed, we activate your licence with the Florida DBPR.
In most cases, this happens within minutes.
You are not left waiting days or weeks to start working.
Step 4. Welcome email and Slack access
Once your licence is active, you’ll receive a welcome email from us.
That email includes an invitation to our Slack community.
Slack is where:
- Agents communicate with each other
- Brokerage support is available
- Questions get answered quickly, often in real time
It’s one of the fastest ways to get help if you need it.
Step 5. Everything else lives in the Agent Hub
From that point forward, almost everything you need lives in one place.
The Agent Hub:

Inside the Agent Hub, you’ll find:
- Transaction forms
- The broker signature request form
- The Commission Disbursement Authorisation (CDA) form
- Operational resources and tools
Submitting the CDA form ensures you get paid directly from escrow, without unnecessary back‑and‑forth.
If you’re ever not sure where to find something, the Agent Hub should always be your first stop.
